Eating well is all about mindset. It’s like wanting to be successful in your chosen career. It takes time, effort and yes you will fail but eventually you will succeed.

Think of it like this. You can do one thing a thousand times or you can do a thousand things once. What will get you the better outcome?

Try these steps to solve and overcome your nutritional challenges.

- Change your mindset. As mentioned above, eating well starts with changing the way you look and see things. Yes, buying frozen meals is easier and quicker than buying your food raw and cutting it, marinating it and cooking it but is saving 20-40mins each day worth the long term health scare. Definitely not. The mentality of “just this once or it won’t hurt if I do it this time” must also go. Eat for a good reason.

- Get rid of all the crap in your house. When it’s there you eat it. Get rid of it and get rid of it now… go on!!!!

- Make the best choice you can within your parameters i.e. Grass fed meats and dairy are always a better option but are not always easily accessible for example. But you can still choose a nice succulent steak grain fed steak over a box of Barbecue shapes.

- Be accountable. Find a friend or a family member. Begin making these positive changes together. Encourage each other and be there for each other. It helps. Trust us.
