We have a few options here to suit your requirements but the thing about all of them is that all our training is personal—it’s about helping you to achieve your goals.

It’s the knowledge that a coach brings that makes the difference to how you train, and ultimately your results.

Our Approach

  1. Discover goals: Consult with your personal trainer about your exercise history, what you enjoy, and any injuries or other health issues. This helps us understand where you’re coming from so we can set realistic and rewarding goals. Perhaps it’s staying strong, managing stress, aging well or looking and feeling great. Talk to us about what you want to achieve.

  2. Plan a tailored program of exercise: Your personal trainer will design a program for you based on what we’ve learned in your initial fitness consultation. They’ll talk you through it to check that’s it’s in line with what you want.

  3. Bring out your best: In every session, your personal trainer will guide you, watch your form and keep you accountable. They’re also here to listen. Talk to us about how it’s going, so we can make sure the program is right for you.

Great team and very client focussed. The semi-private PT format works well: 1-4 people per trainer for a 45 minute session folllowing a personalised programme.
