With sessions available 7 days a week and offered throughout the day/evening, there is something for everyone.

Semi Private Personal Training /Small group personal training is a great alternative to traditional one on one personal training offering lots of individual attention and support, at an affordable price. 

Your exercise program will be specifically designed for you,  tailored to your goals and needs. It will evolve as you progress in your fitness.

You will be treated as an individual with your own goals, and will be constantly motivated, encouraged, supported and challenged with one goal in mind - your wellness and results.

  • An initial health & fitness consultation and two private personal training sessions (on purchase of your first package), will provide the basis of your training program.

  • We will design and monitor your personalised program to suit your needs and goals.

  • We understand that one size does not fit all and that you are unique with your own goals. Your exercise program will specific to your goals and needs.

  • You choose the session days and times that work best with your schedule.
