All Healthy Fit memberships include the following:

  • Program start to ensure you can exercise & with confidence.
  • Regular reassessments

Flexible & cost effective, all club memberships are free from minimum qualifying periods.  It’s your choice how long you stay with us.

Your choice of fortnightly debit payments or pay upfront options.

Memberships are flexible, with or without personal training or small group training.

Memberships are currently only available at our Fitzroy North Club

What do I bring with me to the gym?

Please bring a towel and wear loose, comfortable clothing that is suitable for exercise. You will also need to wear proper exercise footwear (runners), a positive attitude and a smile.

What happens when I go on holiday?

We have a suspension program for when you go away. There’s just one catch – we expect a postcard for our photo wall.

Am I locked into a contract?

No, nothing tricky here – you can stay with us for as long as you like and can cancel your membership at any time. We simply ask that you put your request in writing. 

So how do I do that?

Simply send an email to with Cancel Membership in the subject line – we will do the rest.

I am interested in personal training – what’s on offer?

You have the option to choose either private or semi private personal training and be confident that whichever option you decide, you will leave your sessions feeling stronger and fitter.

So should I do personal training or Semi Private?

Personal Training Is Ideal If You:

  • Have specific goals that would benefit from one on one training and expertise.
  • Have injuries or health issues that need, skill and knowledge in exercise prescription.
  • Prefer a more personal touch with your exercise and want care and attention to your progress.

Semi private training Is ideal for you if:

Are all your trainers qualified?

Yes – all our trainers have a minimum Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness and are registered personal trainers/ coaches with our national regulating body.

Furthermore, all staff have additional qualifications in a range of other related disciplines. e.g. strength and conditioning, nutrition coaching, rehabilitation, weight loss management…just to name a few.

Who will be my trainer?

We focus on the ‘personal’ in personal training and will match you with the trainer (or trainers) that have the most appropriate skill set for your particular fitness and training goals.
