Strength training—more than other forms of exercise—can help reduce stress, depression and anxiety. Maybe it’s the surge of endorphins, healthy habits, or the in-your-body knowledge that you can do what you want to do. We don’t know. Perhaps all of the above.

Our program combines weekly semi private personal training sessions to get you moving and releasing happy hormones, and nutrition coaching to support your wellness and progress.
We also give you access to the gym plus a whole lot of love and support and a personalised action plan to help you manage stress
