FAQ’s

One on One Personal Training vs Semi Private Personal Training

(or like most people, just drop by and visit us)

  • One-on-one personal training is when you work directly with a personal trainer. The trainer designs a workout plan just for you, focusing on your specific goals like weight loss, building strength, or improving overall fitness. This gives you full attention and a fully customized workout experience.

  • With one-on-one personal training, you get the trainer’s full attention and a workout completely tailored to you. Semi-private training, on the other hand, involves a small group (usually 2-4 people). You still get personalized attention, but it's at a lower cost and in a more social setting.

  • Both options are great depending on your needs. If you want full focus and a workout designed just for you, one-on-one personal training is perfect. If you're looking for something more affordable and enjoy working out with others, semi-private training is a fantastic option. Both will help you reach your fitness goals!
