Small Group Training is a fitness class: 6-12 people, one program, everyone doing the same exercises with general coaching
Semi Private Personal Training: is YOUR program, YOUR coach, YOUR goals delivered in a small group setting of a maximum of 4 people. Every movement is tailored, every session personalised, and your progress is the priority.
