We love our gym! We love the day to day contact with the people in our North Fitzroy community. The chance to have a chat, meet their fur babies and have a laugh together. We’ve been in the neighbourhood, and this business, for more than 20 years, and can confidently say that our studio is the best. Light. Spacious. Clean. A gymtimidation free zone - and we love it!

To protect you and our team we’ve installed HEPA carbon air filters in the gym and high-grade air filters in our air conditioning system.
You’ll find hand sanitiser at the door and all surfaces and equipment are scrupulously cleaned every day. To ensure our gym is crowd free with plenty of space for you to workout, we have introduced an easy online booking system.

Equipment
We’re fully equipped for strength and resistance training, whether you’re lifting your first weight or a fitness enthusiast. That includes weights and racks, bench presses, rowing machines, LAT, leg curl and extension machines, treadmills, kettle bells, resistance bands, gym balls.
