Originally from the UK, Jaynie is a qualified personal trainer with over four years of coaching experience, following a ten-year career in barbering. That background shaped Jaynie’s people-first approach where listening, trust, and genuine connection are just as important as technical expertise.
Jaynie has coached a diverse range of clients, supporting goals from sport specific training to building everyday strength, energy, and confidence for long-term health. Her passion lies in helping people feel strong, capable, and ate ease in their bodies at any stage of life.
