FAQ’s from Our Brunswick East Customers

  • We are located in the hub of Fitzroy North on the main shopping strip where there is on street parking in front of our premises and in surrounding streets.

    Easily accessible by tram (number 11) with stops nearby.

  • We have bike racks directly in front of our premises where you are welcome to leave your bike or scooter. 

  • We even have a designated indoor area where you are welcome to bring your well-behaved furry friend to relax on a doggy blanket and have a drink whilst watching you train. Your well-behaved dog must like the company of people and remain tied up at all times.

  • Showering facilities are available. We offer convenient hutches for customers to store their belongings. We encourage people to only bring what is relevant to their training session.

    People are welcome to and some do, do their shopping on the local strip/IGA which is a well-known one called Piedimonte’s and then come for their workout or reverse it and shop after their training session.

    They bring their personal shopping basket/trolley and leave it near the storage hutches.

  • We understand that from time -to-time things may come up and you may need to change or reschedule your training appointment and encourage you to contact us early if this seems likely. You are also welcome to self-manage your session times via the Mindbody App. If you need to make a change or cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours’ notice. This will allow other customers to book into that session.
